Sundiro 125 motor scooter. Can't make it idle. It sat for a year or 2 and I have cleaned the carb.? - sundiro 125
They begin and continue for a period of about 3 seconds and if I drown my hand in the air up or high speed, but not inaction. Ideas?

Carbohydrates have an electrical outlet passage jet.How not idle or clean the carburetor? If you just spray carb cleaner that does not solve it.It got to go, so that the circuit can be cleaned in neutral.
